* Customers with the older Bronze contracts that did not include firmware updates free of charge, will need to upgrade to the latest version before benefiting from free firmware upgrades.

** You must be running current firmware version to benefit from free firmware updates

On-site/remote maintenance contracts are available for the UK, Europe and the Rest of the World.
