In the event that the StingRay will not power up, first of all try an alternative power socket and power cable. If this doesn't resolve the problem its highly likely that the Power Supply Unit (PSU) has blown and will need replacing. Likely instances when this may occur are power failures and the subsequent surge when it comes back on. Also PSU's have been known to blow from local lightening strikes. In the event of the PSU failing please contact support or your local reseller to discuss a replacement part.
