- Multiple File Sending Options
StingRay provides users with multiple file sending options for flexible file transfer.
- Simplified Administration
StingRay is centrally administered via an internal web interface. Accessed through a web browser, users can log onto StingRay via two modes; Administrator Mode and User Mode, thus regulating access to certain functionality.
- Full Accounting and Tracking
StingRay is database driven, therefore it is simple to track and log all large file transfers into and out of the server. StingRay also allows these logs to be exported for reporting purposes.
- Customisable Email Notification
StingRay provides reliable file sending with customisable email notifications upon the successful sending/receipt of any job.
- Workflow Forwarding Capabilities
StingRay can automatically forward data to an FTP server, an SMB share or AFP server (Mac OS 10.4 or below) for optimal workflow integration. This can include workflow servers, Picture desk systems, RIP hot folders, DAM systems or file servers.
StingRay allows you to capture specific information through customised web forms when your customer uploads files via a web browser. This data is delivered to your workflow as an XML Job Ticket.
- Security
StingRay has been physically designed and constructed with security in mind. StingRay offers a choice of secure file transfer protocols to secure sensitive data in transit.

The StingRay SDK kit provide comprehensive workflow integration potential.

StingRay can be set to auto delete files after a stipulated period of time, clearing server backlogs.
