How can I notify more than one customer when a file has been sent?

Firstly, log into your StingRay using the Internal web interface.

Within the address book entry you've created for your customer there is an email notification field (as shown below) towards the top of the page.

When adding more than one email address to the field you must separate them by a comma (,) followed by a space. You may enter up to six email addresses in this field.
