If when booting up your StingRay you are presented with the message "StingRay by Hermstedt" on the front panel and it stays there more than a minute or two then you may have a faulty Hard Disk.
Try to reboot the server one more time, do not continually reboot the server as this will certainly corrupt the Hard Disk and you'll lose your data.
If in the event that an additional reboot hasn't resulted in your StingRay completing the boot sequence please contact technical support or your local reseller.
